In the spring of 2003, the Village of Groveport celebrated the opening of the Groveport Aquatic Center. The Groveport Aquatic Center has been named “Best Outdoor Municipal Pool” multiple times by reader's of Columbus Monthly Magazine. The facility is just a small wave from Ashville, Bexley, Bloom Twp., Canal Winchester, Carroll, Columbus, Lancaster, Lithopolis, Obetz, Pickerington and Reynoldsburg.
