Hoop Fitness Classes 

Hoop fitness is a low impact class with high results. Heart healthy hula hooping workout where both weighted and unweighted Hula Hoops are utilized in the group workout. Whether you have never been able to hula hoop; or you haven’t hula hooped for decades, instructor Tasya Lacy can teach you. Give her 5 minutes and you will be amazed at what you can accomplish with a hula hoop. Hula hooping is a safe and fun way to burn calories and body fat, improve your balance, strengthen your core muscles, and boost your cardiovascular fitness. Some hula hoops will be provided but feel free to bring your own if you have one.
